Israëlo-Americain, et vivant depuis 2007 à Paris, Ben Sandler a étudié la philosophie à l’université de Arizona State avant d’entreprendre un diplôme de photographie à l’école des Gobelins. Inspiré par le hasard et les coïncidences, il travaille également sur la subtilité de l’espace entre fiction et réalité, et la représentation du réel.
